Need title of book from 80s or 90s

When I was in 2nd or 3rd grade my school library had a book that my friends and I loved. It was an illustrated mystery-riddle type book starring animals (I think). I remember it being called "the 11th hour" or something along those lines. Each page had a clue or riddle on it that you used to solve a puzzle... I believe the author of this book had also written another of the same sort. Any info would be appreciated!
