This new area will provide a central location for help and FAQ about all areas of the site, not just the forums. It is for use by guests as well as members.
The default forum FAQ list has been merged into our new help and support centre.
Rather than contacting me directly, visitors and members should be able to open a ticket which they will be able to track online.
It should hopefully cut down on the amount of email (including SPAM) that I receive!
If it proves successful, I will be moving to use this system as the main contact point for the whole site.
