Ambassadors from France, Britain and United States come down with botulism after attending a Botox party given by a wealthy Saudi Arabian prince. Following this incident, outbreaks of botulism occur in Israel caused by the same type botulinum toxin. CIA and Mossad work together and handle these occurrences as a case of possible bioterrorism.
