I’ve just finished reading The History of Love, and found the writing nothing short of remarkable! I’m keen to read her first novel, Man Walks into a Room. Has anyone read it?

No, but I read The History of Love and it's an amazing book, I liked it a lot, I placed it on the shelf where I keep my favourite booksI didn't know about the other novel.

I've read Man walks into a room some months ago. It's about a man who lost all his memories. He decides to take part in a experiment where he gets implant a memory of someone else in his brain. In my opinion Man walks into a room is a solid book, but not quite as brilliant as History of love.
