I do not read many horror novels except Dean Koontz, but I am a big fan of Stephen Leather's books and I see he has written a horror story called Nightfall and I wondered if anyone read this and how is it? It is apparently about an ex-cop PI who inherits some big spooky library and finds out his father sold the detective's soul to the devil when he turns 33 years old which is about 3 weeks away. Stephen Leather writes mainly crime novels, including The Chinaman which is one of my all-time favorites. He also wrote Private Dancer which is sort of called required reading for every foreigner in Thailand. I would check out this horror story also but it is sort of expensive so I figured I ask forum people first if they recommend it.
