P. B. Kerr: Children Of The Lamp series

I went to Salvation Army and my boyfriend picked out this book for me called Children Of The Lamp, I didnt realise until I started reading it that its book Three...so of course its not making too much sense to me.

Has anyone read the other 2 books and if so can you sum up a little bit of information for me about the books and any tips I should know of the story line?

I read the 1st of the series several years ago. It was an enjoyable book. I have forgotten most parts of the storyline. In regards your question, like Occlith stated, is to find the summaries in wikipedia. I often read the summaries in wikipedia for some books. It's kind of like reading a truncated version of Cliffnotes.
