I have not read a lot of fantasy books - the last one a long time ago called Lord Fowl's Bain (?). Any way, I had read about George MacDonald through reading C. S. Lewis' books (eventually I will read C.S. Lewis' fantasy books as well as his science fiction), and I just came across Phantastes: A Faerie Romance for Men and Women.
I was wondering if anyone else has read this book and what they think? To me, it especially descriptive as if your almost in this other world. I'm enjoying it.
