there was a fiction book about a time wen u were only allowed to have 2 kids. if u had more then 2 the ''secret police'' would take the 3rd kid. so in this book a family has a 3rd kid and hes in hidding. this 3rd kid meets another 3rd kid and they go on an adventure. PLEASE what is the name of the book im talking about. ive read it and i have no idea and its driving me insane
