1) What is the sequence for these books to be either published in or chronological (story line)? And if the publication dates differ from the chronology of the story - which would be the better sequence to read them?

2) Which ones (or all?) were published by ACE with the Boris cover art?


3) Which ones (or all?) were published by TOR with the Boris cover art?
