Reiki Without Rules is an excellent effort by a Reiki Master Keith Beasley to explain what Reiki is, the history of Reiki including the myths that circulate about the origins of Reiki, the need for symbols, the question of charging and all other details.

There are several books on Reiki and each author has rightly presented the material from his/her own perspective. Keith also does the same in this book and thus adds a sincere personal touch to the subject.

The printing of the book is good. A few minor editorial corrections will add value to the book.

The book will appeal to all those interested in Reiki, whether they are beginners or are Masters. I certainly enjoyed Keith's personal journey through Reiki.

I strongly recommend the book and will welcome your feed-back.

Sounds interesting. I think it might make a good gift for a friend who is a Reiki master.

A good gift for beginners too

Hi,

Thanks for the comment, and yes, it makes for a good gift for the Reiki Masters, esp. if they are teaching and attuning others to different levels.

It also makes a good gift for those who are beginning to start their journey on the Reiki Path. Look for the yahoo group with that name (reiki_path), where you will find the regular manuals etc., but the book under review addresses many issues not directly covered by the manuals.

Thanks for sharing.
