depends who's after the book. Sigs can increase or DECREASE the value of your comic- after all, anyone could have scrawled on your book.
The only books that are definitely worth more in price due to sigs are those accompanied by a certificate of authenticity or similar (eg CGC graded signature range- came in last year. Sig is witnessed by someone from the company at a convention then stuck in those plastic cases where they look good, but never get read).
