Stephen king Salem's lot

this book is awesome but i had to put it down cause its to long and i wanted to read more books to before the end of july. but it was good and i am loving it.
has anyone else read it?

I have read Salem's Lot and enjoyed it very much.
It is one of my favorite Stephen King stories.
The Marsten house is very creepy and I glad that I live far away from Salem's Lot...

I read it a few years ago. I did like it and if I remember correctly it was the first of Kings novel's to introduce the sort of adoptive father-son relationship that he revisits often.

Father Callaghan's issue with faith was nicely done, (l loved seeing his character in the Dark Tower series), and the novel was suspenseful and even a bit scary at times. I'd recommend it.
