While I loved Lord of the Rings, I would have to say Chronicles of Narnia is my favorite.
"The Lord of the Rings" by J. R. R. Tolkien would be my vote... Narnia is too childish to me
TLOTR......still read them
Since I read this topic last week, this past weekend I watched all 3 movies, getting ready for the Hobbit
i still watchbthe films as well
Definitely LOTR. Beautiful words and amazing complexity. I like Narnia, though.
Like both but I have to go with LOTR as my favorite.
I think both are nice.
I like 'em both...but The Lord of the Rings is my favorite of the two.
Both have plenty of excitement and adventure ...along with a abundance of "enjoyment factor" to be re-read and enjoyed by readers of all ages.
I find that each time I re-read either one...I tend to pick up something new , gain a new insight or see something that may have eluded me when I was younger.
