As we all well know, truth is indeed stranger than fiction, and some great films have been made of great books about some great but WEIRD stuff....so, I wanted to open up a speculation/rumor/news/wish list thread about what great non-fiction could be coming to the big screen soon.
I'm pretty sure they are in the process of making Devil in the White City, about the 1893 Chicago World's Fair and notorious serial murderer H.H. Holmes.
There is also a film in the works called "American Coup," which is about this outrageous plot - some involved were iconic American businessmen like J.P. Morgan - to assassinate FDR during the Depression.
Any others?
