We are all to blame for all the wars happening around the world today. We embellish and romanticize war so much that kids can actually play it as a video game. A game made from visuals of the real thing. It seems as if the media is controlling our minds with shocking stories giving great ratings for their shows. I am still trying to find a show that focuses on solving the issues or focuses on people who are looking at these issues from the standpoint that we must stop this insane cycle of racism, genocide, systematic control and hate. I love history and political science. This book gives accounts of related events while allowing the reader to reflect on the past while gaining insights as to how we as individuals can make a change and lead the world to do the same. We must try to control the destructive machine that is controlling us. We must remember that we built this machine and have the tools to take it apart. It is a cry for world peace because religions are at war. We must try to fix the problems of injustices and put leaders into power who are of the people. We are all men and women of the world rich and poor breathing the same air. Lets try to clean this air before we all suffocate. Events of the pass teaches us the facts and how we can move forward but we seem to always move backwards. Great cultural understanding is needed and the world must break away from our materialistic mindset that has plagued us. The world is now looking to Africa as the new frontier with an abundance of untapped resources. The Africans have a long way to go and the black man plays an intricate part in the entire process of war and peace but he must stand up in unity, something that seems so farfetched and unattainable. He must put aside his modern day riches and remember that, The Civil Rights Movements were not that long ago. Many fought and died for his rights as a human being, so that we may not forget these great sacrifices but instead honor all men and women who stand up for equality and justice for all. Issues of war and peace and the common good for society must be documented. Some of us share these sentiments and try our best to speak to the world. Sometimes it is quite difficult to make sense of it all but we try our best to give accounts of the realities happening around us and make suggestions as to how we can change for the best. If we can not stand up for what is right under the sun then we will continue to accept injustices happening around the globe. We will continue to take trips up north or short vacations to Jamaica, to get away from our concrete jungle migraine we are now prone to have. Some men want to be great for all the wrong reasons and some want to live forever after they are gone. We all still have the choice and war should never be a last resort. Peace should be the first and last declaration as powerful men cry for world peace knowing the terror of the absolute war. Gaining more power from ever tear drop, empowered because we have broken the cycle. We finally have the power to make real changes for our future generations. The War is Over.
