I am not into poetry. I was jobless the other day and wanted to do something to kill time. I started to write a story, but it mysteriously turned into a poem!
This is the outcome. Let me know what you guys think.

The other day my grandpa complained
That he has noticed a change in me
"You are always rushing and pushing
Oh! you have become a busy bee"
"My new job is very demanding
I have a tiring day at work
Because of which when I come back home
I can't even read a book"
"Reading books you do love
And you keep it close to heart
Make sure you read a book everyday
Atleast for an hour or its part"
"Work at office and work at home
Thats all I can fit in a day
I can't find time for anything else
No matter what you say"
"I don't agree with what you say
And have a point to make
Do not skip doing the things you like
And cause your heart ache"
"Come here little girl", he said
And placed his hands on mine
And he gave me this golden key
To manage better my time
"They say God made everybody equal
But, thats not what I believe in
Some are rich while some are poor
Some are fat and some are thin"
"But there is only one thing
That is same to all of us
Thats time my dear
And its only 24 hours"
"Be it the President or be it the Pope
Be it your friend or be it your foe
They all have the same amount of time
On their hands, you know."
"All the people on the top
Had the same time as you
They didn't cry and whine
Like they way you do"
"So, take this advice from me
And take control of your life
Go and enjoy the time
And make the most of it."
