Transcript notes for author interviews and book discussion videos

For author interviews, book-club videos, or long review discussions, transcript notes can help when a title, character, publication detail, recommendation, or short quote is mentioned once.
I would keep it rights-aware:
1. TXT helps search spoken details.
2. SRT or VTT is the timed subtitle handoff.
3. Generated captions can misread author names, titles, character names, and invented terms.
4. Quotes should be checked against the video before posting.
5. A forum reply should use a short summary or small checked quote with timestamp, not a full transcript dump. https://aiyoutubetranscript.com/
For book discussions, where do transcript notes help most: interview summaries, quote checks, reading-group prep, accessibility, or private prep before replying?
