      Yeah, you should start off with Part 1 or even better Cryptonomicon because Baroque Cycle is a prequel of sorts to Cryptonomicon.

      That's too bad the books are so expensive there. :(

      I wish I could get Cryptonomicon, along with Snow Crash . I have heard lots of praises about them. I want to read both of them so that I will be qualified to move onto The Baroque Cycle.

      Unfortunately, these novels are very expansive in India and I don't earn much money, so I buy defective pieces only which are difficult to get :( but when I do get then I enjoy them :D . I was able to get Baroque Cycle Volume 2 but thats is not the place for a Stephenson newbie :o
