The thing which annoys me most is the fact that as a response to most complaints you recieve the answer that the mods are looking into it, but you are never told what happens next.
The library isn't working since April and the "book of the month" section on the main page hasn't been updated...
Sorry to keep on nagging.
Are you aware that it is still impossible to add new reviews to the library?
I talked about this to a mod some weeks ago and obviously nothing has happend since then.
You mean The Secret History by Donna Tartt?
I read it some months ago, and although it started out really good it all became a bit surreal at the end.
I missed some and some more emotions concerning would have made the end way better. As far as I could see the only wondered .
A Sea of Troubles by Donna Leon
Quiet entertaining, although I didn't like the way of Elettra's involvement and the end was a bit confusing.
Persuasion by Jane Austen
Witty and really short.

Try these:
The Chocolate War by Robert Cormier
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
Brave New World by Aldous Huxley
Animal Farm by George Orwell
Life of Pi by Yann Martel
The Wish List by Eoin Colfer
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime by Mark Haddon (short but...
So that everyone knows what you're talking about:
State of the Union by Brad Thor
Is it just me or does this plot sound a bit overused? You know all that good Americans/ bad Russians stuff?
Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier
This story is pathetic. The female main character behaves like a small child and her husband treats her like a nice puppy. I know this was written before my time but for a post-war book it's ridiculously stereotyped.
I just found a great program.
Thx to RedNewt over at the "Cow & Chicken Online Reading Group" for this fabulous suggestion.

I read the back flip & some book reviews and therefor I said it "sounds" like a book about things we already know. You asked me a question and I answered it. And yes I do judge books by their back side summaries.
It's just my opinion if you don't go along with it, ignore it.
