Has anyone else read this book and the whole trilogy?
I found the latest books to be more modern in feel than the original shannara series. I enjoyed this book the best from the three in this trilogy, as I found the Isle Witch quite interesting :)

I personally think he is a really good writer and thoroughly enjoy his The Last Rune series. I've just started bk 3 :)

There are two series you really should read that are brilliant and easy to get into like Brooks :)

I've just finished reading bk of the Last Rune series by Mark Anthony, 'Keep of Fire'.
It was a good read and I can definately recommend this series to any avid fantasy readers :)

I recently found this author, after reading The Pale Rider at the end of last year. It's taken me some months but I have finally got book 2, 3 and 4 of the Last Rune series and will be getting the new 5th book when I can.
