The Lost Boy - Dave Pelzer
Has anyone else read the books by Dave Pelzer? Ive read the first two and quite enjoyed them (not sure if you really can "enjoy" books like this but hopefully you know what I mean!).
I havent ever read this series, although Im just about to buy the first one and give it ago. I read a couple of others of his and enjoyed them so hopefully will like this too!
In bed, or in my car, I always have a book in the car in case I end up waiting around for whatever reason, plus I sit in my car and read on my lunch breaks. I did used to sit in my office, but because your there people will come in and distract you!
I am addicted to two shows, LOST and Big Brother! Although, I did get bored with big brother, but have started watching it again as its the final couple of weeks. I totally and utterly love Lost as well. I dont miss it ever and I always watch the e4 first look just in case I do miss it the next...
As someone who doesnt have children, but plans on having them at some point in the future, and also hopes (depending on financial situation at the time) to be a full time mum, I have to quote a bored person is a boring person. She has a nanny, so she doesn't even have to have the day to day...
its summer so I've read mostly chick lit!
Have also read Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets and Little Girl Lost, The Burn Journels and Behind Closed Doors.
I have just finished reading this book about two German sisters who had to walk through war torn Germany to find their mother. I've never really read books about the war (although I have read fiction books that are set in the war etc) so all I know of the war is from history lessons and films...
As sad as it might be, I'd have to say the Narnia books! :o I'm a bit of a child at heart and whenever I am ill, or down I always return the to books I loved when I was a child and this would have to be mine!

Thought I would join a book forum as I am always reading and it is always nice to have someone elses opinons or recomendations for other things to read! :D
So, hello! :p
