    Dean Koontz

    Seems like he hasn't written much "horror" in a long while. I love his writing because it not only is great escape reading, but almost always makes an impact on me. I loved False Memory and From the Corner Of His Eye. One question, though. This has probably been asked a million times...

    Classic literature

    For some reason, the only Hemingway I've read is Old Man and the Sea, so more of him, definitely. Suggestions for what to read first? I also would like to get through Count of Monte Cristo.

    Hi' Can anybody recommend any good Thriller/Suspense books?

    I second Michael Connelly. More of a cop thriller, but very believable and suspenseful, with great character development IMO. The Harry Bosch series is one of the best of its kind.

    Aaah! Lost bookmark!

    I usually use Post-its as well. However, you can't put the book down for too long, because with paperbacks the sticky part of the post-it starts wearing off the ink it's covering. :)
