I'm so looking to seeing this movie! I'm a sucker for bloody action flicks. It's about the Battle of Thermopylae and is based on graphic novels by Frank Miller (the Sin City guy). Who else is excited?!

I saw this trailer in front of The Departed. It looks great and I can't wait to see it. The rejected title to this movie was A Buncha Beardy Guys Yelling.

I'm excited on three counts. The first is that the movie itself sounds completely and totally awesome on so many counts that I can't begin to express. The second: I'm a history geek and need say no more. The third is, shallow I am, that Gerard Butler is going to be in it. Once I saw Phantom of the Opera, I was a little obsessed...
