Book that I had to read more than once: American Tabloid by James Ellroy. There's so much there, read it 5 times.

The one book for a desert island: Pillars of the Earth

Have to meditate on the other list.

But if you think it's likely to seriously offend people, I'm quite happy to leave well alone.

I still read this book again and again when I get free time.

Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

Oh.. no... sorry, I don't like funny books or any comedy at all.

    2 actually,

Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance\
The Man Who Sold the Moon

Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

    The Difference Engine

    Takedown by Tsutomu Shimomura

I have some, not 1 in fact:

The Tao of Jeet Kuen Do
The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State
    The Hacker Crackdown

sorry, I don't think any book can change your life (except some minor cases which do not apply to me at all) . I think books, movie sand events in your life change the way you think and feel about your life and relationships.
