Brick & mortar bookstores- R.I.P. & good riddance

Did you two start drinking beer before I got there? I'd probably have to be dancing on the table top before I'd trust anything said by a giant.
 
People have been selling their own books on ebay, amazon etc for years now. It isn't only indie bookstores that sell online. Many private sellers do the same, either to cull their collections (for whatever reason) or ones that have, for example, inherited a collection that they are not interested in keeping.
 
Libraries may be the last buttress when it comes to housing books between brick and mortar. Then again, maybe not.

Evolve or die. Libraries are evolving.
That isn't a whole heck of a fur piece from us.....might mosey on over and take a look see one of these weeks.

Although I'd rather go here in Oxford, Ms., William Faulkner's hometown.
