Candles

Is your head on fire?
Are you molded from external sources, like wax?
Do you burn, only to spite yourself?
Are you a phallic symbol?
Can you be bought and sold at the local home decoration store?
Do you fit in holes, whether made for you or not?
Have you ever been suffocated to save your life?

I like burning candles because they have a nice smell :)

I don't think I quite follow?

Sorry, in the Aeneid which I am currently studying at least 3 of the character's heads randomly set alight always as some kind of portant, which seems to have nothing to do with fire and is easily deciphered, it makes absolutly no sense, but then again we are talking epic poetry.
