Just read this book, loved it! Does anyone have a fresh take on who the 'forgotten god' is? I have read a little bit on the Gaiman message boards, just wondering if anyone here would have any input.

Neil Gaiman was asked that question and the reply was, "What God is that?" lol

Yeah I read that, the guy asked him at a book signing and Neil said he couldn't remember that part, could the guy please point it out to him in the book. Great sense of humor, that.
