How far ahead do you plan your reading?

My reading is still being planned for me. So I know what I'll be reading between January and April of this year.

My plan is still just a very long list of books that I have -- even in actual priority order -- from which I seem to pick whichever one strikes me at the moment.

Just at the very moment, for example, I'm looking for a book that fits with a toothache. :sad:
