If you were a writer, what genre would you write?

I am curious about our audience...

What genre of books fascinates you the most, that (assuming you could write and get published) would spur you onto writing a book of your own?

I myself and a sci-fi/horror buff. 90% of the books are either murder/homocides/suicides or are people in dungeons with knives and guns.

What about you?

I am a writer, I write Paranormal stuffs like: Out of body (OBE), Astral Projection (AP), Remote Viewing, Precognition, Time Travel, Ghost, God, Angel related subjects.

Mainly, out of ordinary human activities.

well, i personally can't write a thriller because it requires too much thinking and plot twisting, which i'm terrible yet. I'd like to write fantasy, but i'd hate it if my book ended up as "another sci fi/fantasy book" like all the others that are in any bookstore's humongous sci-fi/fantasy section. you know what i mean?
