Dresden is called to a horror movie convention to investigate two murders. Dresden then figures out he has to save a best friends daughter from his superiors,and take on monsters that feed on fear. All in a days work for Chicago's only practicing wizard.
My opinion: Very good book. The monsters are actually cooler than ever, and Dresden gets some very heavy development in this book,and a conspiracy is set in motion. This book is not something you want to skip over if you read this series.
