My name is Ángel, and I’m an indie fantasy author from Spain. I recently fulfilled a lifelong dream, publishing my first novel after three years of writing, rewriting, and learning how to turn imagination into something real.
The book is titled Las Crónicas Oscuras: El Nuevo Comienzo (The Dark Chronicles: The New Beginning), and it’s the first part of an epic fantasy saga.
The story unfolds in the Realm of the Elementals, a land where beings with hidden elemental powers have lived in harmony since the last Great War, five thousand years ago. When a young man named Hagnok takes the ritual test to discover his elemental nature, his result changes everything — turning him into a fugitive chased by the king’s soldiers.
As he journeys across the realm, Hagnok uncovers ancient mysteries, encounters rebellion, and faces a choice that could purify his world... or reduce it to ashes.
Writing this novel was a lesson in persistence and creativity. It taught me that discipline is as vital as inspiration, and that every small step brings you closer to seeing your story come alive.
