I don't know anyone who would want to be a moderator anyway! It would have to be someone who hadn't had any prior experience of it, since, IMO, it is the most thankless task created. People seem to think that, because they are sitting anonymously behind a screen and never likely to meet the moderator in real life, it gives them carte blanche to abuse and complain.
