In this book, Sam Parker & Mac Anderson stress that the one extra degree of effort is the difference between getting the job done, or not getting the job done. The title of the book is from the fact that at 211 degrees, water is warm. At 212 degrees, it boils. This is a short book of roughly 106 pages. It is chock full of beautiful color photographs of athletes in action, nature, and situational business scenes. There is a DVD that comes with the book, it takes about ten minutes to listen to it. This is worth checking out if you are interested about interesting facts and figures. If you don't like the business motivational kind of book, then this would not be for you.
