Requesting fantasy series and or single's to read

I am trying to find more Fantasy series and or single's to read but I am struggling to find them.

I have tried reading:

Glen Cook’s “Chronicles of the Black Company” and sort of fell out of it.

I read a bit of Brandon Sanderson’s “The Way of Kings” but lost interest in that.

I tried to read “The Thousandfold Path” by R. Scott Baker but was unable to get past the 53’rd page.

I was able to finish book 3 of the “Malazan Book of the Fallen” but lost interest.

I tried reading Terry Pratchett but was not feeling it.

I’m not sure how I feel about Gene Wolfe, Roger Zelazny, C.S. Friedman, Ursula K. Le Guin,

I have read these books/series which I liked:

Coming of Age:

Farseer trilogy - Robin Hobb
Night angel trilogy - Brent Week
Riftwar saga - Raymond E. Feist
Tad Williams - Memory, Sorrow and Thorn
The Kingkiller Chronicle by Patrick Rothfuss
The lies of Locke Lamora by Scott lynch

Others that I enjoyed:

Blade itself series by Joe Abercrombie
Wheel of Time series “up to book 5” by Robert Jordan
The Runelords series by David Farland
The Dark Tower series by Stephan King
Harry Potter series
Lord of the Rings series
A Song of Fire and Ice series
Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings

Since you liked the Farseer Trilogy read the rest of the books set in that world.

LiveShip Traders (my favorites)
The Tawny Man (picks up where Farseer left off)
The Rain Wild Chronicles (weakest of the group but I still like them)
They are all connected but separate

Novels | Robin Hobb
Soldier Son Trilogy isn't set in the same world and aren't nearly as good imo.

I really liked the Firekeeper Saga by Jane Lindskold too.

Robert Redick's Red Wolf Conspiracy. I've only read the first two books in that series so far but liked them.
