hi I would like tips to writing a good adventure book, when done what do I do? By who do I make it published and how? It looks so complicated

An aventure book about a elf who must stop the war between his race and the dragons, the alliance destroyed because of a evil demon who has destroyed the black dragons to have supreme control on the dark scale the Amethyst... well around those lines, 9 chapters done, why not in english by the way
