Teenage geek frustration!

Please, stop the time. I need more time. There is thousands of books I havent read yet. When will I have the time to read them? I'm too old, the process should have started the minute I learned to read.

Well, the point was; how do you make the time to read when there is so much living to do?

I thought that I didn't have to live, that I could just keep on reading, but it seems to me as if living is an obligatory thing nowadays.

Make the stupid people go away :(

Just become a freak like me.

Start carrying books all the time and reading them while you are walking. Try to discuss Tolstoy and Dickens with all the people who would like to talk to you. And most important: stop every personal hygiene!

That will keep all this life-focused people away and you can happily dwell in literature.

:D :D :D

I have bad news for you: the stupid people will never go away :(

Because I am so chaotic, I find that somtimes I have to set aside time for things and clear the decks of anything and everything to be sure I have time for certain things, such as reading.

lol I like your ideas!

I tend to carry a book with me everywhere! A book or a note pad so that I cn write things on it. If you are waiting in line at a shop or a bank you can read your book! :)

Why can't people like you be in my life?

I am, as said various other places, not well groomed, but I don't smell. because that affects me too. 8)

Yeah it's driving me nuts to sit in the bus or wait for something or somewhere and not having a book to read.
Unfortunatley all these people try to distract me and ask me all the time what I'm reading. You tell them and know right away that they have never ever heard of it! Thats the moment when I would like to slap them over their heads with the book until they promise to read it!
Gosh I think someday I'll be taken away (mental asylum) for doing something like that.

Sorry but the number of book freaks is limited per country!

HA! You think that's bad, somewhat and Gizmo -- just wait until you're trying to read and also WRITE! My best suggestion? Learn to speed read. (Honest, not kidding.)

If only I didn't have to sleep or eat. Sigh...

Penguins are lucky, they ONLY have to sleep and eat.

Just wait until you are 40 and you have a house, a job, and a kid! Then you'll see how difficult it is to find time to read and pen your pornographic memoirs.

Time management is an art. :)
