    House of Leaves is....challenging. It has pretty interesting ideas though, I didn't feel it was a waste of time.

    I haven't read Game of Thrones series either, although I've been watching the show. Shame on me.

    Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson
    Heard twas an entwined story; story within a story or something like that; I saved it for later, for too long...

    After watching coupla game of thrones seasons; I was a bit confused about reading those books; to dramatic for my taste....

    from what little I've seen of the series they have totally TV- fied the story. The books are really good, not at all OTT, or overly dramatic. I found them realistic to the setting and events. Very political, and sociological.
