I read Northanger Abbey recently. She did a good job of undercutting the Gothic novel and how people take books too seriously, neglecting reality. Also, John Thorpe is an asshole.

I've read The Corrections and Strong Motion. I immensely enjoyed both. HBO is coming out with a series for The Corrections. I'm pumped. Has anyone read Freedom? I heard a character goes to a Wilco concert.

I've only read Airships and loved every story. I go to school in Oxford, MS which is where he lived. He taught at Ole Miss. It's a shame I never got to take him for a fiction class. I really need to read his other stuff. Water Liars is a great story.

This album is baller! I dig the bass/electro aspect and have come to accept that you never know what to expect from Radiohead but take their releases with an open mind. Little By Little, Lotus Flower, Separator, and Give Up the Ghost are all phenomenal songs. Here's a link to the newspaper...

I dig it, although, it took some time to grow on me. From reviews and such, it seems some people just can't be content with a content Wilco album. Oh well. This is an assured Jeff Tweedy. He knows what's up. Just listen to him. Wilco will love you baby. 4/5
