I read a book by Jack Higgins, Dark Justice. It was absolute crap, Russians drink Vodka, Muslims are terrorists, and the hero is a reformed former IRA hitman... :rolleyes:
Lord of the rings scares me. It's like star wars and star treck, people dress up and treat it like a religious book, and they love the movies. I've tried to read the book, but I couldn't get into it at all, and didnt get past the first chapter, it seemed just like all other books of that type...
Well, this time around I managed 292 wpm, and during that time i only had 2 anoying pop up adds :rolleyes:
I don't think there's much point in doing the comprehension part, since I've done it already.
Anyway, interesting to see that I managed about 100 words extra, or a 33% increase on...
Pretty impressive mr. ink! I just tried it in my current state, and managed 194 words with 73% acuracy. However, it is 1.26am and i have been drinking, and I'm wondering if i'll be sick if i lay down to goto sleep...
I think i'll try this agin tomorrow and see what I come up with under normal...
I've just finished one of his books, The Shadow of the Wind, which is supposed to of been pretty big in spain. It was an excellent book.
