I don't see much kids my age reading(I'm 16),and I don't find them even reading teen books like The Lighting Thief,Maximum Ride etc.
They refuse to even read Mysteries, and watch the crappy Mystery shows on television instead.
Well, sometimes Connelly does crossovers with his characters.Like, right now Bosch and his half brother Mick Haller, who is a lawyer.Connelly has these guys crossing for three books now, which are both latest Haller AND Bosch Novel.
Well were back with the 3rd book of the Harry Bosch Series. Now Bosch is facing his trial for "unlawfully" killing The Dollmaker in the past. Also now A note from Dollmaker has shown up,how could a person that got shot in the heart still be alive?Bosch now has to do 2 VERY important things.With...
Okay I re-read the list I think read 30-50 out of the books listed there.
I only liked one, which was the earlier one I posted and that was just a alright book. Some of the books I looked up off the list, really didn't look that good at all.I wonder why people like Patterson,Jack Higgins,and...
I look for cool characters.Like Dexter Morgan,Harry Bosch,or Sean Dillion,and hopefully a good plot.
I like political thrillers,and Mysteries mostly.Some Sci-Fi also.
Well Falcon,so far from what I have seen of people who have read this series, they love Dresden, and say he will not ever disappoint you.Though,I have not even read the first one yet(Read some of the 3rd as a temporary read),but hopefully it will soon come in the Library.
I'm where where Bourne kicked ass in the elevator, and ripped some guy's ear off(Which, the guy was coming after Bourne with a gun),then bashed him against the wall of the elevator. And,now Bourne is officially on the run.
The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum.
I suggest Storm Front by Jim Butcher.
A lot about fantasy, and a Wizard Detective, also how the law applies to supernatural things.
Might have a little Gore, but I think he can handle it.
The Lightning Thief.
I forgot the authors name, but it has action, plot, and you can learn about the Greek Gods.
Also, how mature would you say your son is?I would recommend more if I knew.
I know exactly how ya feel man. The people in my class annoy me to where it feels like Harry Callingham is holding his Magnum to my head saying "Don't say a word boy",to endure it!
