    Bernard Cornwell: The Winter King

I really must read The Winter King. I am usually not a huge fan of Arthur stories, (done to death) but I've heard good things about this book.

    Diana Gabaldon: Outlander

I've read the first three in the series and then it lost me. I was never a huge fan anyway. I never understood why she left it 20 years to return to Jamie. She had no proof he had died at Culloden, people did survive it! Clare, in many ways, was a selfish woman. That's my two cents worth, LOL!

    Animal Fiction

As a child aged about 11 or 12 yrs, I thoroughly enjoyed The Silver Brumby series by Elynne Mitchell. (I think that is her first name, without looking it up). They are Australian books about the wild brumby horses in the Snowy Mountain region.

    Lynna Banning: Crusader's Lady

I'll see if I can get this book. I like historical fiction set in medieval times. I read a lot of Elizabeth Chadwick which have romance in them.
