Its not Jinn, the book i am looking for is only about the one main character i think. the dog spirit thing is the only supernatural thing in the book, the book is a bit dark when read. I looked at the link you put in for Jinn, it looks like a good book, i will have to see about reading it...

i read both comic books and books, it depends on the comic as they tend to show feelings expression well, you get a good idea about clothing etc, books give you a good feeling of these but sometimes it is good to see what the characters actually look like. Laurell k hamiltons anita blake books...

I like the punisher, seems were in the same boat as i have a few original punisher comics. till the new film had came out i was reading more x-men, but have now read a few of the newer punisher ones. hope you like them.

there quite a lot of film and animated series at the moment to do with comics in the next few years there are making over eleven different films, from the advengers, wolverine etc.

i read alot of grafic novels, comics and manga. i like tamora pierce books and at the monent she has been doing a few comics like white tiger, quite a few authors from the sci-fi fantasy genre are doing comics. my favorite comic series is the x-men and x-man.

you could try forbiddenplanet.com they have lots of comics grafic novels, they have akira, they deliver all over the world.

Manga's ok as long as you pick for there age group, the x-men are done in a manga style as well. since they watch programmes like x-men spiderman etc, there are many mangas that have had animations made. including dianea wynn jones(sorry about the spelling) Howls moving castle. Spirited away...

terry brooks the shannara books by terry brooks are very good, they can be read as stand alone or read in the series, i also like how his new series( and old Word) now intermingle with the older shannara charactrers.

you should try laurell k hamilton, she write the anita blake series 15 books about vampires lycanthropes vampire hunters etc, has sex. theres quite a few series, you should try looking up one of the anita blake books on amazon, people will have lists of similar books. hope this helps.
