Gizmo, I liked it a lot :) ! I guess cause I'm a sucker for medical thrillers, but I didn't like the ending. I think it could've been MUCH better.

I enjoyed Skipping Christmas, as well. I'm glad to see there is at least one other person out there who also enjoyed it. I'm not sure it would be a top-rated novel, but it is good for a quick Christmas read and I thought it was sweet.

Yes, Piers Anthony is a great author.I love all of his Xanth series. They're are fantasy and they're very interesting..the first one in the series is A Spell for Chameleon..but it might be The Source of Magic..I'm not sure, but I definetly reccomend them

In no particlular order...hmm, let's see...

Lord of The Rings by J.R.R. Tolkein
The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan
The Neverending Story by Michael Ende
Firebringer by David Clemet-Davis
The Xanth Series by Piers Anthony

wow....that was hard..maybe if it was like the top 50 or something.

Ciao,

Aereon Warrior

Five Favourite Books? Well thats pretty tough.

In no Particular order, they are

1. R.A. Salvatore's "Sea of Swords"
2. R.A. Salvatore's "Homeland"
3. R.A. Salvatore's "Transcendance"
4. Meg Cabot's "haunted"
5. J.K. Rowlings "Order of the Pheonix"

And, badlydrawngirl, What did you think of the Abhorsen Trilogy? (I know its in your top 5 but, what did you think) because I love Garth Nix and have read a few of his books. I've satrted and read all the released "Keys to the Kingdom" books (Yay! "Lady Wednsday" coming out March!) lol....I've been meaning to start the Abhorsen trilogy But I can't find the "Abhorsen" book....(I hate ordering online ><)

Fave 5 books

very tough...lets see

1. "The Cement Garden" by Ian McEwan
2. "Dark Cathedral" by Freda Warrington
3. "Wuthering Heights" by Emily Bronte
4. "The Passion" by Jeanette Winterson
5."Howards End" by E. M. Forster

like most others, I recon this should be a top 50!

1) The Unbearable Lightness of Being - Kundera, M.
1) Lolita - Nabokov, V.
3) The Sea, The Sea - Murdock, I.
4) Shianghai Baby - Hui, W.
5) Kiss of the Spider Woman - Puik, M.

Catch 22
Undermilk Wood
Even Cowgirls Get The Blues
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenence

People shouldn't need authors for these, but I do for my 5th choice:
Whoever wrote Morry's signature quote: “Experts are addicts. They solve nothing! They serve whatever system hires them. They perpetuate it. When we are tortured, we shall be tortured by experts. When we are hanged, experts will hang us. When the world is destroyed, it will be destroyed not by its madmen but by the sanity of its experts and the superior ignorance of its bureaucrats.”

TO DRITZZ: Im a Garth Nix junkie too...
I´d like a recomendation since you seem to be the expert on R.A. Salvatore: Where shoul I start ? Dark elf trilogy? Icewind dale trilogy? - sorry if i got that wrong or Sea of swords???

In no particular order:
To Kill a Mockingbird
Catch 22
Trainspotting
A Time to Kill
The Sharpe series by Bernard Cornwell
