What types of mysteries do you prefer?

Hi. I've read all of Sara Paretsky's VI Warshawski books, all of Steve Berry, and some Daniel Silva. Loved Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.

I find it very hard to distinguish between mysteries and fictions, so forgive me if I list any that don't quite fall into the mystery category. If the plot sounds good, I'll read it. I've only been an advid reader for over a year. Angels and Demons really got me hooked. Now, I'm reading novels one after another.
