And if anyone knows of any hidden used book stores in the southern new england area (USA) then please let me know. They are getting harder to find by the day... now it seems like the only place to go is Borders or Amazon.com

Welcome and you are totally right. In my city the only second hand book store has just shut down. Everyone was up in arms about it but I never saw any of those people there when I was picking up books. They can't have it both ways!
