Recently Purchased/Borrowed

I bought a first edition hard back Dean Koontz novel for a buck at a flea market. It was Dark Rivers of the Heart.

Elegy for April by Benjamin Black
Sword Song by Bernard Cornwell
Intertwined Lives by Lois W. Banner
Therese by Francois Mauriac

With the purchase of the following books, things seem to be getting (just a bit) back to normal. My reading has picked up! In fact I am now reading Capote's Other Rooms, Other Voices. It's a good sign for me that I'm back, somewhat, to my old routine after my father's demise.

These are the books I purchased this afternoon:

A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini
Letters From Home by Sylvia Plath
The Master Butchers Singing Club Louise Erdrich
The Girls by Lori Lansens

Lord Peter, A Collection of Lord Peter Stories by Dorothy L. Sayers.

Hi Dude,
No, neither of those is included in my Selected Stories, but the one that absolutely blows me away is "Adultery." Like nothing I have ever read before.
