Very, very tough one this. I'll go:

    1. Exile on Main Street - Rolling Stones
    2. Who's Next - The Who
    3. Sticky Fingers - Rolling Stones

Honourable mentions to Cosmos Factory, Physical Graffiti, L.A.Woman, Beggar's Banquet, Let it Bleed, Quadrophenia and Highway 61.

Super list, there isn't a rock album in sight. Top one is AOR, second one is Prog, last one is Blues.

What does the R in AOR stand for?

And isn't Prog shorthand for Progressive Rock, a subgenre of Rock?

Oh god. The worst. I wore out eight tracks in a matter of weeks. Hated them. Actually destroyed my Akai player in frustration.

I finally gave that G Park album another listen. Not a bad album but none of the tunes were especially memorable, not even "My Generation". o_O

I have sat here with this window open for what feels like eternity trying to type ONLY 3 favorites. It simply can't be done! HUGE music fan with an appreciation for everything except Opera. lol I can't choose just 3! Shinedown ranks tops of current fav but if you forced me to go with top all time rock.. that'd have to go to Eagles or CCR or Seger or awwww hell I can't choose just 3. lol

That's why I don't participate in these threads with a seriously thought out list. I can do a top 20, could be pressed into coming up with only 10, but 3? No way, Jose.
