Water glass,if you want to measure your ingredients in cups and have it that way, then you can. What I like about it is there is no eggs.
Here goes,it's simpler than it looks.

    Dough:
    2 glasses of mazola oil(I put less,about 1 1/2)
    1 bottle of beer(341 ml)
    4 tsps baking powder
flour as needed to make soft non sticky dough.

    Filling:

    In a bowl mix:
chopped walnuts, almonds and golden raisins, ground clove and cinammon.

    Syrup:

    2 1/2 glasses of water
    2 glasses of sugar.

    Preparation:

Mix the filling and set it aside,
make the dough, start taking a piece of the dough ,roll it into a ball, then make a well with your thumb(you know what I mean, lol) and take a tsp of the filling and place it in the well,Close the dough completely and place on baking dish. They are supposed to look like half moons, the round part up.

After you make them all,you bake in a preheated oven (350 F) until golden .

You take them out and let them get cold.

The syrup is simple, you place the sugar and the water in a pan and let simmer for about ten minutes, the cookies have to be cold, you emerse them in the syrup, turning them on both sides, then you place then in paper cups and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. If you leave them in the syrup too long they will be too mushy,I prefer crispy,so it is up to you.
I think we should be joining him.:whistling:

Thinking about cookies,I just gave a recipe to a friend at work and she loved them, want it?
I think it's probably because he has become like a broken record with the "ho ho ho" that he forgets to listen..:whistling:
