Looking back I only had 2 books read that I rated 5 stars I had quite a few rated at 4 stars.
So my top 3 of 2010 would be:

The Concrete Blonde - Michael Connelly
To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Ghost Story - Peter Straub

My 3 Favorite books of 2010 are:

The glass castle
eat, pray and love by Elizabeth Gilbert
Trespass by Rose

Because it's unfair to count Tolkien's The Silmarillion in this list (due to being a reread and always one of my favorite books), here is my top 3 reads of 2010:

100 Heartbeats by Jeff Corwin
A Summer of Hummingbirds by Christopher Benfey
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

I tried to read Ghost Story last year. I didn't like it,but I'm currently reading another book of his called Shadowland. It's pretty good.

The Ranger Apprentice series by John Flanagan
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson
The Merry Adventure's of Robin Hood by Howard Pyle

The Invisible Bridge by Julie Orringer
The Millenium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson
City Of Thieves by David Benioff

I read the Stieg Larsson books one right after the other so they seem like one book in my mind. But these are the three reads from 2010 that I most enjoyed. One other little book that I would like to give honorable mention was This Is Where I Leave You by Jonathan Tropper.

Top 3 for me this year are as follows:
-Reckless by Rachel Higginson
-The shadow rising by Robert Jordan
-The fires of heaven by Robert Jordan
