Gangland on the history channel

I've caught some of this series. It amazes me how people live sometimes.
I have to say, I lead an exceptionally sheltered and boring life and this series makes me very thankful for it. The world that these folks inhabit is so very different from mine. The level of violence that becomes a part of their everyday lives boggles my mind.
I've seen the biker one but the one that sticks out on my mind is the one about the latino gang MI6 (or something like that, with an "M" and a number.)
It shocked me that these guys were bringing their home country's civil war with them to the US and continuing it.
Needless to say whenever we watch this series we get quite an education.

yeah it was MS-13....A Salvadoran gang originally.
I knew a prominent "character" on the Satan's Disciples (Chicago) episode. Weird stuff.
